I feel like I'm talking about many of these concepts all week long. So many of these tips are stupid simple- and when I bring them up in session people are like "yeah yeah I know".
That's thing- I know you do know, we all know. And from time to time all of us lose sight of these really simple ideas. When it comes to body image issues we're fighting an uphill battle. It's important to remember that you're not alone, and you have great defenses already within yourself that will help with the body blues.
